# Staking

You can stake your STRAINZ and SEEDZ tokens to generate new SEEDZ!

Head over to the [staking page](https://strainz.tech/stake) and select the pool you want to provide liquidity to:

**First you will need to aquire LP tokens for providing liquidity on PancakeSwap**

You can do this by clicking on the blue "Provide Liquidity" Links on your desired pool or take this shortcuts:

Choose the amount of tokens you want to provide liquidity and click "Add Liquidity"

**You now received LP tokens :)**

On the staking page, you can now see your LP tokens which you can stake by clicking MAX and "Deposit"

**You will now automatically receive staking rewards depending on your share of the pool, which you  claim by withdrawing or depositing LP tokens.**

If you just want to claim, you can just withdraw 1 LP token and deposit it again!
